The 6th Annual NJ Women in the Outdoors - WITO Mentored Archery Deer Hunt was held October 18-20, 2024.   NJ Women in the Outdoors, NWTF is excited to offer an opportunity to women, 18 years of age or older to participate in both a Virtual Workshop and In-Person Women in the Outdoors Mentored Archery Deer Camp in 2024.   Virtual Deer Camp is an expansion of our in-person workshops that included topics such as scouting, deer biology, aging deer, processing, wild game cooking and more. We took all the best parts of in-person camp and brought them to you virtually.  WDC volunteers will host virtual fireside chat for all participants to share stories, ask questions and talk all things deer hunting.  In-person camp will be hosted at NJ School of Conservation & Stokes State Forest October 18-20, 2024.  

This year our partners and sponsors allowed us to expand our programs to include a more in-depth range practice experience, as well as a full on start to finish butchering and wild game prep workshop.  The hunters were thankful for good weather and lots of action.
